  1. Change Requests Any changes to custom services must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
  1. Orders & Payment All orders for services must be placed through our designated channels. Payment terms will be specified in your invoice or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required prior to the commencement of service delivery. BrandedWebinars.com accepts various payment methods as indicated on our website or invoice. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders confirmed prior to the change.
  1. No Refund Policy Important Notice Due to the custom and service-oriented nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a service agreement is executed, or an order is placed and confirmed, BrandedWebinars.com commits resources to fulfilling the service. We encourage clients to thoroughly review their requirements and our service descriptions before purchasing.
  1. Delivery of Service
  1. Service Specification Services will be delivered as specified in the SOW or service agreement.
  1. Timeline Commitment BrandedWebinars.com will make all reasonable efforts to deliver services within agreed-upon timelines.
  1. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate service delivery. Delays caused by the client may impact delivery schedules.
  1. Intellectual Property
  1. BrandedWebinars.com Property All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by BrandedWebinars.com, including but not limited to, software, platforms, methodologies, and pre-existing content, remain the sole property of BrandedWebinars.com.
  1. Client Usage Rights Custom content developed specifically for the client as part of a service, upon full payment, may be granted appropriate usage licenses as detailed in the SOW.
  1. Client Warranties Clients represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions for any materials they provide to BrandedWebinars.com.
  1. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrandedWebinars.com, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Third Party ConductAny conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  1. Content IssuesAny content obtained from the Service
